Welcome to MPN3D (mpn3d.com). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

MPN3D specializes in 3D printed items and custom laser engraved items. We strive to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible; however, due to the nature of 3D printing and laser engraving, slight variations in texture, color, and finish may occur and are considered unique characteristics of the manufacturing process.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

 

• Standard Items: We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in "like-new" condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
• Return Shipping: MPN3D does not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility in Illinois.
• Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our work, there are no returns or exchanges on custom laser engraved or custom 3D printed items. All sales on custom orders are final.

 

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Unless otherwise stated, MPN3D owns the intellectual property rights for all material on mpn3d.com. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or duplicate our designs or content without express written consent.

MPN3D shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MPN3D has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 3D printed items are decorative or functional prototypes and should be used with appropriate caution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois.
