Thank you for shopping at MPN3D. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

For non-custom, stock items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

 

• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in "like-new" condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
• Shipping Costs: MPN3D does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees and ensuring the item is packaged securely for transit back to our facility in Illinois.

 

Due to the unique nature of personalized manufacturing and our specialized production process:

 

• All sales are final for custom laser engraved items and Print-to-Order services.
• Why Print-to-Order is Final Sale: This policy is not limited to items with specific names or logos; it also includes items where custom colors or materials are selected. Because these items are manufactured specifically for your request, we cannot guarantee that another customer will order that exact combination—for example, there is no guarantee another person will want the specific "sparkly blue" version of the item you chose.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.

 

To initiate a return for a standard item, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact us via email at mpn3ddesign@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

 

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue quickly for you.
